Mr. Hurst worked incredibly with and for me as a First Time Home Buyer! I didn't quite know what to expect, but he quickly and precisely identified my needs/desires for my first home and professionally guided me all throughout the process. Mr. Hurst never tried to convince me into buying a home and would never force his opinions. With his expert knowledge of the areas I was looking to buy in, he would gently point out positive and negative features of every house I desired to look at and would allow me to think and process each house in my own way. Mr. Hurst was also very flexible with his schedule and would always make time to answer my questions. I thoroughly enjoyed this process with him and wish that I could have his help for my next move in the future!

Lee was great! If I needed to see a home last minute he was available, if I had a question he answered very promptly. Throughout the entire home buying process I felt I was able to ask any questions I had, see any home I was interested and was given flexibility with time frame and making a decision. Lee is also very knowledgeable about Tulsa as he was raised here. Lee also advocated for me throughout the process whether it was with repairs, or speaking to the lender and getting documents over in a timely manner. I was an out of state buyer and having Lee in town to ensure my purchase went smoothly made the process 10x easier. Overall a great experience and Lee made buying my first home a wonderful experience.

His reviews were excellent on Realtor.com. He was a 3rd generation Tulsan. When I interviewed him on the phone he was friendly, courteous, and interested in our situation and what was best for us. He made himself available when we needed him and gave us honest opinions and great referrals for experts that led us to avoid a problem house. We couldn't have had a better Realtor and would be happy to refer him to any of our new friends.

This was my first time buying a house and I had almost no clue what I was doing. I did plenty of research and knew what I was looking for but not the best way to achieve my goals. Not only did Lee help bring Clarity to our wants and needs for our future home; He also showed an amount of attentiveness I never would have expected. If I called and asked if we could view a house he somehow always had an opening that same day. I would have been happy with a couple days needed to set things up but never had to worry about that. He made the effort to show up for our signing. He walked through the house and gave us tips for what we would should look at for as a potential difficulty and help my fiance and I come to agreements on things. Lee has the patience of a saint and attentiveness that is unparalleled. I will absolutely recommend him to anybody looking for a home.
